  • Spanning six floors of one of the city’s newest and most cutting-edge towers, this 85,000 SF mostly agile environment accommodates 75% of the staff at any given time. High Acoustic Control, Integrated Technology and a flexible and open environment were the big drivers in the planning of their new home. The top floors of the tower, with sweeping views of Lake Ontario are interconnected with a new feature stair and include a full-floor town hall and café, a sports bar and bleacher seating. A state-of-the-art Digital Production Studio occupies the top floor, significantly expanding the team’s capabilities for in-house content creation.

Wellness, Sustainability and a respectful approach to DEI were all important factors in the development of this design, resulting in a long list of inclusions such as all-gender washrooms, fully functional outdoor meeting space and a materials list that is fully LEED-compliant.
