The office as a whole was designed with private and open office configurations to support the multiple job functions of the staff. Specialized spaces for both work and play included wellness rooms, a fitness amenity, and a fully operational trading floor.
The team on this project was challenged by supply chain issues for the specialized products and furnishes needed to achieve their vision. Leveraging relationships with our suppliers and subtrades, the team identified long lead times from the onset to order at-risk items early. When not achievable, the team worked together to find creative alternatives and solutions that did not compromise the overall product.
