Moving from 130 Adelaide to 225 King was a thoughtful, budget driven process for Lerners. Beginning with Workplace Strategy, a detailed budget and a forensic audit of their existing space, the client made the informed decision they had outgrown their home and that 225 was a perfect fit. Elements of the existing 225 King space were carefully assessed for salvage and reuse prior to demolition, this process was assisted by a Construction Manager and Project Management team that worked in lock-step with the iN STUDIO team…every step of the way. The project involved a reset of the client’s front-door client experience, increased collaboration and meeting zones, virtual court rooms and a large café. It was important to the busy law practice that acoustics and spaces performance were considered. This project met and exceeded those expectations, on time and on budget.
