As a leading financial services firm, Consulting Client needed a space that reflected the prestige and success of its established brand. On arrival, a grand stair and reception space opens to both client-facing meetings rooms and a café that holds a private executive dining suite. The office as a whole was designed with both private and open office configurations to support the multiple job functions of Consulting Client’s staff.

As community and culture has always been at the heart of their business, it was important that these highly collaborative meeting spaces be complimented by engaging social spaces where Shopifolk can eat, drink and engage. From Coffee Bars to Karaoke Bars, iN STUDIO worked closely with Shopify to create memorable and comfortable hospitality spaces that provide an escape from high energy meetings - allowing a place to unwind and have fun.
Distributed across three floors, each space has its own distinct look and feel and is designed to evoke specific emotional responses - from the coziness of a dimly lit bar to bar to biophilic energy of a urban café. As always, the fixtures and furniture act as a showcase for Shopify’s vendors – a physical representation of the client’s commitment to customer service.
Already considered a pioneer in non-traditional work environments, these hospitality hubs represent yet another novel approach to workspace real estate —a distinct way of bringing employees together in a new era.
